DiaScribe 1.6 Release Notes – What’s New?1. Serial Inscriptions – you can now inscribe serial inscriptions like ABC-01, ABC-02, ABC-03, etc., without having to type the new text in every time. 2. Inscription Viewer – the new Sarin Inscription Viewer is now supported by DiaScribe, allowing you to instantly view your inscriptions without using a microscope or loupe. Contact your local Sarin dealer to purchase your Sarin Inscription Viewer. 3. Application Options – user options have been separated from the advanced technician options, to protect the user from tampering with sensitive settings. 4. Technician Options – several new options have been added: * Save/Load shift values. * Restore defaults for height/focus/rotation shifts. 5. Dot Darkness – may be defined separately for font characters and for logos. 6. Warning Messages – the warning messages that appear when opening the application and before starting to inscribe may be suppressed directly from the message box, without going into the options screen. 7. Stone Modeling – has been greatly improved to ensure superior accuracy of girdle modeling that ensures precise inscriptions.
